Fortified with coffee and cookies, the three-car Kelly group leisurely toured the lakeside property covered with trees and groups of flowers, punctuated with creative metal sculptures. From dinosaurs to trees, most of Wayne's sculptures were made out of old metal pieces, such as wagon wheels. Some (as the one in the photo) are kinetic, designed to sway with the breeze. Kathy opened her interesting studio, filled with 1000s of pastels (for just the right color). Inside their home, the group admired Wayne's silver work and Kathy's beading of exquisite Native American type jewelry. They also remarked on the furniture Wayne had made and the Picasso (in the bathroom!) It was a wonderful summer excursion to the lake.
