Workshops, Anyone?

Obviously, we haven't been able to schedule much during the Covid lockdown, but the new Board is really excited to add some new activities. With a space that includes several upstairs rooms, we have plenty of area for potential workshops.

What do we want to do? What do YOU want? We are still considering. We've talked about painting workshops, children's workshops, outdoor workshops. We could do quick demos or some with a paid instructor, bringing in a local or well-known artist to teach, such as we did with Perry Austin's Plein Air class. On the other end of the spectrum, we could do some informal gatherings where our members congregate just to work together. We've talked about collage for kids, painting for adults, and even have a volunteer to teach beading.

As the community begins to open up after the Covid scare, we will start planning. What are YOUR suggestions? Do you know someone who would teach? What would you like to attend? Please let a Board member know. We are here for you: President Belyn, VP Linda, Treasurer Barbara, Secretary Libby, Curator Carol, Directors Mit, Charlotte, Wayne, Kathy and Justin.
