You all are so very kind to help us this year as we scramble to pay rent and utilities without a good way to even have a fund-raiser or membership drive under Covid conditions. We are very grateful.
Again and again, we also say thanks to the Alabama Power Company for their great gesture backing us up, and we should eventually have a permanent home, thanks largely to them. We've been thrilled to have several grants awarded from the Central Alabama Community Foundation and the Alabama State Council on the Arts. Also we've gotten community help from all three district representatives: Commissioner Kenny Holt, Commissioner Troy Stubbs, and Commissioner Mack Daughtery. We appreciate the faith you have in our group and how we do our best to promote the whole community--individuals, businesses and tourism--for the good of the city and county.
